At PacksyO2, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in the original packaging

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

📦 How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@packsyo2.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for returning the product.

Note: Do not send your item back without first contacting us.

💳 Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

❌ Non-refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Used or damaged items not due to our error

• Shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product issue)
